These are the plain-English rules for using Katie. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What Katie does
Katie helps you track a car search, shows you market data, and gives you a “Shield” — a separate phone number and inbox so dealers reach Katie instead of your real number. Katie suggests things, but it never messages a dealer without your okay, and it isn't a party to any sale.
What Katie isn't
Katie doesn't give financial, legal, or insurance advice. You decide if and when to buy a car.
Your part
- Give accurate information and keep your login to yourself.
- Use Katie lawfully and don't misuse the messaging features.
Texting
If you opt in, you'll get texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Changes
This is an early pilot, so things may change. We'll update these terms as needed.
